These terms govern your use of Submit Your AI Tool (“we”, “us”) and any listing you purchase. By submitting a tool or using the site you agree to them.
1. The service
Submit Your AI Tool is a directory of AI tools. For a one-time fee of $9.90 we review your submission and, if approved, publish a permanent listing page for your tool.
2. Lifetime listing
“Lifetime” means for as long as Submit Your AI Tool operates. We do not charge renewal fees. We may update the design or layout of listing pages, but approved listings remain published unless removed under section 5.
3. Submissions
- You must own the product or be authorised to list it.
- The product must be AI-related, live and accessible.
- Information you provide must be accurate and not infringe anyone’s rights.
- We may edit descriptions for clarity, accuracy, length and formatting.
4. Review and approval
Every submission is reviewed manually. We aim to decide within 24 hours and always within 72 hours on business days. Payment does not guarantee approval; rejected submissions are refunded in full (see the Refund Policy).
5. Removal
We may remove a listing if the product shuts down, becomes harmful or deceptive, changes into something that breaks our guidelines, or if required by law. You may ask us to remove your own listing at any time.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not receive or store your card details. Prices are in USD.
7. Votes and rankings
Upvotes and rankings are provided for discovery and may be moderated to prevent manipulation. Paying for a listing does not buy votes or a guaranteed position.
8. Liability
The site is provided “as is”. We are not responsible for third-party tools listed in the directory. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
