This policy explains what Submit Your AI Tool collects and why. We collect as little as possible.
What we collect
- Submission details — your tool information, name and email, so we can review your listing and contact you. When you reach the “Review & pay” step we save your details as a draft, so you can finish later; ask us any time to delete a draft.
- Payment details from PayPal — transaction ID, amount, and the payer email PayPal shares with us. We never see card numbers.
- Newsletter email — only if you subscribe. Unsubscribe any time.
- Votes — a one-way hash of your IP address to prevent duplicate upvotes. We don’t store raw IP addresses for voting.
- Contact messages — what you send us through the contact form.
How we use it
To run the directory, process payments and refunds, prevent abuse, and reply to you. We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies
We use one session cookie for security (form protection) and your browser’s local storage to remember your theme and submission draft. No advertising cookies.
Third parties
PayPal processes payments under its own privacy policy. Fonts are served by Google Fonts.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by emailing hello@submityourai.com.
